Meet Our Team
Fereidoon Behin, Managing Partner
Fereidoon Behin is a Managing Partner at BIG Investors and brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the table. Over the years, he has amassed an impressive personal real estate portfolio of multifamily rentals, condos, and offices in New York and New Jersey. He retired in 2013 from a long and illustrious career as an ear, nose and throat doctor and surgeon with his own medical practice, and now focuses exclusively on real estate. His notable projects include the condo conversion of a 30-unit rental building, and the renovation of mixed use doctor office and residential buildings in Jersey City Fereidoon holds an MD from Tehran University.
David Behin, Board Member
David Behin is on the Advisory Board at BIG Investors. He has overseen the development of over $1B of premier real estate in the Tri-State area. He is also the founder of real estate crowdfunding company CityFunders and started up the Investment Sales and Advisory Division at MNS Brokerage. David brings his entrpreneurial edge and keen knowledge of New York City's real estate market to BIG. He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from Adelphi University. He is a guest lecturer at New York University's Graduate Real Estate Program and is often quoted in national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Real Deal, and Bloomberg.
Nicholas La Rosa, Acquisitions Manager
Nicholas La Rosa is Acquisitions Manager & Construction Manager at BIG Investors. Nick focuses on deal sourcing, financial analysis, acquisition underwriting while overseeing the construction for all projects. He also runs BIG Management, the affiliate property management company. Prior to joining BIG Investors, Nick formed JNL Holdings, a partnership investing in New Jersey real estate where he worked as a design and project manager. Nick received a BS in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
